Velvet Throne Canada (operated by Velvet Throne Directory Inc.) is an independent directory and lead triage platform connecting event organizers with independently owned and operated mobile restroom fleet providers across Canada. Velvet Throne is not a direct rental carrier or sanitation contractor.
2. Estimates & Quotes Disclaimer
Price brackets and capacity estimates generated by the Interactive Sizer Engine represent regional market averages based on verified partner rates. Final binding quotes, date availability, and delivery logistics are established directly in the written rental contract executed between the customer and the local fleet operator.
3. Venue & Site Preparation Responsibility
Event organizers and venue hosts are solely responsible for ensuring clear, level access (minimum 12x25 ft surface), overhead towing clearance (12 ft), and compliant power connections prior to trailer delivery.
4. Operator Verification & Subscription Terms
Fleet operators listing in the directory pay a recurring platform fee ($199 CAD/month via Stripe) to maintain verified status and direct lead routing. Listings may be suspended if an operator fails commercial insurance or service delivery benchmarks.
