2. What Velvet Throne is

Velvet Throne is an online directory that helps people discover companies offering luxury restroom and washroom trailer rentals across Canada. The Site is provided for informational purposes. We do not own, operate, supply, deliver, or service any restroom trailers, and we are not a party to any rental agreement, transaction, or communication between you and a provider. The directory is free to browse and does not require an account.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• scrape, harvest, copy, or collect listings or data in bulk by any automated or manual means;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's operation or security; or

Listings do not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee of any provider, nor of their availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, safety, or quality of service. Each provider is an independent business. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence — including confirming licensing, insurance, pricing, and contract terms — before hiring any provider.

5. Accuracy of information

Some listings are compiled from publicly available information and may not be complete, current, or accurate. Provider details — including pricing, availability, and service areas — can change without notice. Velvet Throne makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any listing. The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

Velvet Throne is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any services provided by businesses listed in this directory, and is not a party to any transaction or agreement between you and a listed business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velvet Throne and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on any information provided on it.

The directory contains links to third-party business websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or services offered on those external sites. Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual property

The Velvet Throne name, design, branding, and original content are the property of Velvet Throne. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Provider names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
